Mangrove Bay Rum

Made from Florida molasses and cane sugar, this rum is truly Fresh from Florida.  Distilled and conditioned on-site in Homosassa, Florida our Silver Rum is the perfect base for your favorite cocktail.

We take it up a few notches with our Gold Rum by adding some toasted oak chips to introduce some bold toasty notes and finish with a touch of light brown sugar for a little sweetness that your favorite rum should have.  

It's getting serious with our Spiced Rum. We infuse our toasty, sweet Gold Rum with a selection of fresh spices for about a month or so resulting in a perfect balance of sweetness with a slightly spicy finish. Our Spiced Rum is good either as a mixer or straight as a sipping rum.

Top shelf all the way!  Start with our Gold Rum, add our handmade flavoring syrup, crushed fresh berries and macerate for at least another month or until it's ready. Patience is necessary because the result is a smooth, sweet sipping rum that's perfect by itself over a cube of ice.
